Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to use BookREVS. By using our Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

If you are registering as an event organizer, you further represent that you have the authority to bind the organization you represent and that the organization is legally established in a European Union member state or recognized jurisdiction.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep it up to date.

You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account. BookREVS is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access where you have failed to safeguard your credentials.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in conduct that is harmful to other users or the Platform.

BookREVS is a marketplace that connects riders with track day event organizers. When you book a track day, you enter into a direct contractual relationship with the event organizer, not with BookREVS.

By booking an event, you confirm that you hold a valid motorcycle license, have adequate insurance, and will comply with all safety requirements set by the event organizer and track facility.

You acknowledge that motorcycle track riding is an inherently dangerous activity. You participate at your own risk and agree to sign any waivers or liability releases required by the organizer or venue.

Riders are responsible for ensuring their motorcycle is in safe, roadworthy condition and meets any technical requirements specified by the event organizer.

All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of booking.

BookREVS charges a service fee on each transaction. The total amount, including any service fees, is clearly displayed before you confirm your booking.

Refund eligibility is determined by the event organizer's cancellation policy. If an event is cancelled by the organizer, you are entitled to a full refund. BookREVS will facilitate the refund process but is not the contracting party for refund disputes.

Cancellation policies are set by individual event organizers and are displayed on each event listing. You should review the cancellation policy carefully before completing your booking.

If you need to cancel a booking, you can do so through your account dashboard. Refund amounts depend on the organizer's cancellation policy and the timing of your cancellation.

BookREVS reserves the right to cancel bookings in cases of suspected fraud, safety concerns, or violations of these Terms. In such cases, we will notify you and process a refund if applicable.

Assumption of risk: Motorcycle track riding is a high-risk activity that can result in serious injury or death. By using BookREVS to book track events, you expressly acknowledge and accept these risks.

BookREVS acts solely as a marketplace platform. We are not the organizer, operator, or insurer of any track day event. We do not guarantee the safety, quality, or suitability of any event, organizer, track, or facility listed on our Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BookREVS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from your use of the Platform or participation in events.

You agree to use BookREVS only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws. You must not use the Platform to engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.

You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with the Platform's operation, scrape or harvest data from the Platform, or impersonate other users or entities.

Event organizers must provide accurate event information, maintain appropriate insurance and safety standards, and honor confirmed bookings in accordance with their stated policies.

The BookREVS name, logo, website design, and all associated content are the intellectual property of BookREVS and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.

By uploading content to the Platform (such as event images or descriptions), you grant BookREVS a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with our services.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Account deletion is subject to our data retention obligations as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law. We will provide notice where reasonably possible.

We encourage you to contact us first if you have a dispute. Most issues can be resolved through our support team at support@bookrevs.com.

For disputes that cannot be resolved informally, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable EU member state, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the applicable national laws where BookREVS operates. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable EU consumer protection directives.
